Terms & Conditions
Last updated 1 August 2026
These terms set out the basis on which you may use The Mixed Wardrobe and buy from the brands we curate.
Using This Site
By browsing or buying from The Mixed Wardrobe you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only, and not to copy, resell, or republish any part of it without our written permission.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Products and Pricing
Our pieces are made by independent brands and artisans, so slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of their character rather than a defect.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep prices and availability accurate, but where an error occurs we may correct it or cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it once your payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where the piece is no longer available, where the details cannot be verified, or where we suspect misuse.
Delivery
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates. Because pieces ship from the brands themselves, an order with more than one item may arrive in more than one delivery, depending on the option you choose at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including photographs, text, and the TMW name and logo, belongs to The Mixed Wardrobe or to the brands we work with, and may not be used without permission.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
